Something in my chest,
Not stars
Not emotion
But numbness
Fingers tapping- a soundless rythmn
Uncontrollable
not fear, of love, or happiness
nothing
unstoppable
I can't calm down
Everything is falling apart
the thread that once connected out two hearts is diappearing
and I can only sit and stare as the future I have so long awaited fades into the black
