Become whispers
As the rain
Falls down
The sounds aren’t
Audible
And the screams
Become cries for help
For a while
I’ve been running
But now I am tired
Of the lies
Of the false hopes
Of my dreams
That will never
Come true
I just want the truth
And to see reality
Within this twisted mind
