VIEW Over
Birds eye view of crystal
of glass, of diamond
of quartz.
Of settling down to all these things
of perching on a roof,
of seeing the real version that could be seen
Birds eye view of land
of dark pessimistic colors
wrapped in a shroud of light
of toned grey
beaten for displeasing
the people walking
upon its grief
of slipped in brightness
accidentally created
for the purpose of joy
a red in the browns
that circle the beaten land
of closeness, and far
a view to one
another to the other.
A view over.
