Ignorance

This is the truest form of bliss.
A gift bestowed only upon the lucky,
Which I must not be,
Because I am not.
I can see through everything.
I can see through all the facades,
I can see through the institutions,
I can see through them.
There are no fences or walls in the space I live,
The space between the darkest of darks,
And the lightest of enlightenments.
I carry with me
The strongest of envy,
Toward those who cannot see,
Toward those I wish I could be.

I've gone through some things in life that have made me see the world differently than most people. This song is about the people who are able to be ignorant. It's something I really do envy.
