Taken given rights

Taken is the soul of a victim.
Taken is the spirit of a slave.
Taken like candy from a baby
when justice does not prevail.
Freedom, what is such a word to a person, locked away and soon to be forgotten in a hell hole?
Crimes not committed by dealt by,
sending me to this place where nightmares become reality.
