One after Another
You tell me one after another
And then it changes every time
You don’t understand how it breaks me inside
Every time you tell me those lies
I listen and I forgive, because I love you
Even though I die a little more every time
What is there left of me
A man with no dignity
I’ve done everything I can to make you smile
No matter the pain it causes me
Happy is all I want you to be
I don’t know if you can see it in my eyes
All these tears that I’ve cried
All these lie one after another
I will tell you this the last thing I say
I tried to make you happy in every possible way
