Favorite Quote:
changes everyday, along with my favorite color- oh thats not my quote, by the way

A wisp of strangers.
A trickle of acquaintances.
A circulation of peers.
A gathering of friends.
A table of relatives.
A suppressed smile of a brother.
A familiarity of a sister.
A reassurance of parents.
A presence of a loved one.

Instead,
A pummel of doubt.
A surge of homesickness.
A quick question of meaning.
A brigade of blocked emotions.
A spate of maybes.
A collision of self loathing.
A pondering of should I’s.
A ritual of meaningless comfort.
A contradiction on living.

This poem is a write-like ( a write-like, for those of you who don't know, is a popular assignment given to us by our teachers, in which we pick out traits from a selected poem and apply it to our own) for the poem "Who Came"
