I have to sallow my emotion
I can't let them see my tears
It will only make matters worse
I can't tell them about the darkness
I can't say anything about how I feel
I have to put it in a box and lock it away
I have to put on a front
I can't let them see what I feel
If they saw what I feel
They would ask questions
And that would lead to trouble
I have to sallow my emotion
I can't let them see my tears

This is life. Showing emotion can be bad at times. But, other times, showing emotion is good.

i agree. also it is hard to show emotion.
