Death
through skewered stainless steel shish kabobs
roasting
on your melancholy pate.
Pins and needles canoodling on a cerebral landscape,
ease closer each second;
stomachs churning,
hot breaths yearning
for that incandescent nothing,

the tactility of white noise.
