The easy road
March 25, 2011
I could take the easy road
but it wouldn't take me where i want to go
I wouldn't have to walk so much
but I wouldn't end up where I want
I could take the short way
much easier now
but worse in the end
Wouldn't have to strive,
wouldn't even try
There would be nothing to fear
but there'd be no fulfill of my dreams
and I wouldn't achieve my goals
It's your choice,
will you take the easy road?

I agree that the flow could be better but I like the question at the end to your readers, its really good

I like it, but I think you need to work on flow and making it maybe a bit more powerful and a smoother read.
i really like the idea and the flow but maybe you can try changing up the organization of the stanzas? just a suggestion, but if you dont feel thats right than listen to your heart. I do love the message thought. Hey, i was wondering how long it takes for poems to be actually published on the site and not just the forum? Because i submitted a couple about 2 weeks ago and nothings happened yet
