Waiting, waiting
Hoping for just one chance-
nothing.
Sitting, staring
Writing, glaring
Not a thing
Not holding on any longer
Whispering
Calling
Desperately bawling
Completely unaware
Not even a care
Wanting nothing
Needing everything
Crying
Trying
Losing
Lying
Constantly alone
Tepid waters run deep
Pools of tears run deeper
Praying
Laying
Swaying
Fading.
