About the days past
When people looked at me
In such fear
These days I cannot go back
I miss the way you held me
And made me laugh
And it felt like we were together
A family at last
Don’ t leave please
I beg you not to go
Remember the good tomes
But as I drive away a tear rolls down my eye
And as I turn the corner’ s edge I whisper for you to know
