to the sound of the sparrows
in the distance
and the wind in the grove

Embrace
the damp grass
between your toes
and the warmth of the rising sun

Gaze
at the levitating fog,
like a blanket over the bushes

every sensation continues
to capture the serenity
of the mid-summer morning
