Shackled at the hands of pride,
Blinded by ignorance.
Never admitting defeat,
Never acknowledging my slavery.
But faith has freed me yet,
Hope has opened my eyes.
Victory has been obtained,
My master detained.

Always too proud to admit I'm wrong. This poem was the result of coming to grips with the fact that it's okay to be wrong.
