The Sadness Within Me.

There is no guiding light
just an impending shadow
a needy companion
restless in the times of my happiness
When did my life stop being about seizing the day
instead of waiting for it to be over
I am a creature of my environment
but created from previous result
the problem that didn't add up
now faith is gone
and i am left with depression and tears
