Hello,I'm talking, can't you listen? I'm screaming anger so I count to ten. You say you "hear" but that NOT my point. Hearing is not understanding and understanding is what I need. I don't need you to cut what I am saying off and let me not finish. The point of talking is to let out my feelings so that they diminish. You "hearing" me is not helping. So if you really want to help, then 'shhhh' and stop hearing and listen to ME, not yourself.
