"Game On"

The flaming spear is held only inches from his face.
My heart pounds from the adrenaline of the crowd.
Matthew clutches to me.
I don't know if it is out of fear or anxiety.
When the team starts to shout.
And Renegade starts galloping.
I start to shiver with anticipation.
My mind races.
And my heart thumps wildly.
Renegade winnies and approaches his buck.
Chief Osceola gracefully prepares himself.
Then finishes the spear into the very middle of the field.
The crowd goes crazy.
The firey spear awaits there burning as if to say:
Game On.
