Unseen

The rising moon brings cooling peace
To the crisp summer night
As fireflies glow and dance
A fire burns, but it is unseen

This unseen fire is fueled with not wood
The fuel is nothing except the feelings
Between the two that walk along

They don’t talk as they stroll through the night
The night that is so silent
