I am strong like a solid trunk, of paperback trees
Shedding with love my flaming leaves
Grounded by roots to this unstable ground
This is the wonderland I have found
I suck on the dew from the sky
But soon I will have to kiss this goodbye
Axes burn and peel my skin
Chopping through iron bark
The lemon drop sun fades
To black
