The Lazy Students Haven

Free verse is great,
No need to rhyme, Just to write some lines on the paper,
I’ll save so much time,
Scribble some words,
Make it seem deep,
Then hand in my writing,
I got an A to keep,
So this wasn’t the point,
What did I learn?
Why should I care?
Because I’m lazy am I going to burn?
It doesn’t matter now,
I’ve made it through another class,
Moving on now,
My poetry boredom begins to pass,
But the teacher speaks,
Four more due the next day,
Not a problem,
I could Free verse till May!
