Stupid girl,
you should have known,
that nothing is perfect,
disagreements are inevitable,
and tears will always be shed.
Stupid girl,
you should have known,
that those words would sting
and even if you didn’t mean them,
you can’t take them back.
Stupid girl,
you should have known,
that sorry can’t fix everything,
that everything would change,
no matter how much you wish it wouldn’t,
Stupid girl,
you should have known,
that he was the best thing that ever happened to you.
But if he meant it when he said he loved you,
he’ll be back no matter what.

i have a poem called stupid girl this is something you could build off of
