The worst day is like a spear shooting through your limbs.
The worst day is like being punched in the stomach with a gun.
The worst day is like feeling rejected by everyone around you.
The worst day is like being shot at because of your race.
The worst day is like getting slapped across the face, at every second.
The worst day is like being yelled at because of something you didn’t do.
The worst day is like getting kicked out of your group of friends.
The worst day is like getting crucified on a cross.

Some of this happened to me, some is what others experience as their worst day, either more severe or not. I Wrote it on my worst day.
