One day a girl met a sailor
Soon falling in love
They felt like their love was sent from above
Soon enough the sailor had to leave
He said always watch for me
For I am always in the sea
She waited and watched for days on end
Until she could no longer pretend
For she knew where her love be
With her heart in the bottom of
The sea

The second line is good but I think it could be better if it's And soon feel in love. Other than that, this poem is touching and so "aw..." Good job to you! :)))
