They all gaze upon me,
ignorantly judging
and failing to see
what makes me complete.

But with your support
I am never alone,
never to fall,
feel misplaced or useless.

With you by my side,
danger has new meaning;
impossible, improbable,
a thing of the past.

It matters not
what you are made of
or whichever colors
you choose to display.

All we need is each other;
a perfect match
of purest happiness
and truest love.

Or perhaps it was just dependency.
Pain slowly dissipates as I start to heal.
I may not need you soon,
for a new world awaits.
