Lost in a being

I'm losing myself,
To my body of being.
Unable of controlling the thoughts
Unaware of what I'm saying,
Thought comes to mind,
But never being able to stop.
I shut my eyes,
Breathe in deep,
And count.
On, and on, and on again
Counting.
I scream in misery,
Pain.
I've lost myself...
Completely
All my thoughts
Have come to take over.
And they have...
