All too soon, breathing doesn't seem so important.
I've got demons in my closet and a notebook full of secrets
I've got prayers forming and cuts leaking.
Lord if you have angels send them my way, too late to repent
Going down no matter what you say, hell-bent or heaven-sent

I was hurt and the words started flowing onto paper. It's about hurt and giving up. It sounds depressing, but for me it's inspiring.. To how I never want to be again.
