Hyper sensitive,
to every sense.
Anxious heartbeat,
aware.
Sick feeling
in my core.
Writhing,
twisting
weaving a ridiculous
situation.
Over active imagination?
I'm not saying there's
a monster under my bed.
There is something
set on destroying me.
Blood rising to my cheeks.
A deep echo in my ears,
the pounding of drums.
Making reality of my fears.
