The snowflakes cling to me
My hat
My coat
My scarf
I leave footprints in the snow
Just me and the dog and the robins
Alone in this winter wonderland
It’s beautiful,
This world God created.
Breathtaking.
I don’t need to go skydiving
Or bungee jumping
Or rock climbing
To live
This, right here,
This perfect winter morning walk
Provides all the adrenaline I need.
This is living.
