Crying Disease
Every other night you lie in bed
So many stressing thoughts jumbled in your head
Little by little, small by small
The hope in your eyes begins to fall
Your face stained with hopelessness and guilt
You tear down all the happiness you’ve built
It all falls down, coming with ease
How did I get this crying disease?
Instead of abolishing these burdens of cold
I lie still forever till the night is old
So many things I should do or say
So many responsibilities in one day
So many times do I ignore
Every single call, every single chore.
Your face stained with hopelessness and guilt
You tear down all the happiness you’ve built
It all falls down, coming with ease
How did I get this crying disease?
