writing late at night,
I am a girl
who needs to be held tight.
I am a teen
who needs to be taught a lesson,
I am a child of God
waiting for a blessing.
I am a poet
who gets writers block,
I am a girl
who wants her heart to knock.
I am a teen
looking for a friend,
I am a child of God
and on him
i will depend.
