Yet that reason I fail to see

Why is it unclear to me?

What reason lies behind
All the hurt of the world?

What good could come
From the pain of a young girl?

The death of a child
How can this make one stronger?

Who is it that decides
Why one life is short and another's longer?

Why is loosing a love
Ever a good thing?

Why will these answers
Never be giving to me?

If everything happens for a reason
That means our fate has been decided

So why must we face the pain and anguish
In order to find it?
