Favorite Quote:
"A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new"
Albert Einstine

I
Live twisted and tangled all alone
Below me rejection searches the city
I close my eyes, a moment of relief
Screams breaks death below
I am above it, powerful, worthy
I stand straight and open my eyes
One step closer I see the lights
Flashing red, so real, so close
Toes over the edge, wink in my hair
I raise my arms, close my eyes
I jump
Leaving the world to feel my pain and see its mistakes and love me for who I was

I love this poem, and all of your work in fact. You need to post more soon because I really enjoy what you have done.

I LOVE how you can touch topics and social issues like this with such ease. The poem tells a story, conveys emotion, and expresses the sensitive topic of suicide. I think it is a great piece.
