I sit alone
Looking out
Of my window
Seeing
All the suffering
And pain
People are going through
Knowing
That it will
Destroy my soul
If i shall run
And hide
Yet some how
That the only thing
I can do
For i shall be afraid
Of the outside world
Where a gun shot
Can kill a single person
