Courtney's Playground
Our wonderful friendship is a teeter-totter.
When we’re laughing with each other about camel spiders talking
And when we fight because one of us said, “You’re annoying me,”
We’re still together in the end.
Our wonderful friendship is a teeter-totter.
Along with us going to football games and having fun with friends,
Comes the time we cry together of boys breaking our hearts,
Bringing us closer in the end.
Our wonderful friendship is a teeter-totter.
And if the laughs, tears, hugs, and shouts were to ever end,
I’d think of it all in remembrance and still feel lucky,
Lucky to have called you my grody-spiders-with-fuzzy-legs-hating friend.
