Friendship is supposed to outlast everything
And it did
For a while
Then it slipped
Lost its grip
and it tumbled
Falling fast through space
Hit some snags
Bounced back up
Only to fall even faster
And harder
Until it hit the bottom
Broke my heart
Made me cry
Endless days spent alone in my room
Wishing you knew
Wishing you cared
Puffy eyes and broken spirit
Yeah, that's me
YOu didn't mean it.
