Favorite Quote:
I'm not crazy, you're just jealous because the voices only talk to me.

I am me, it’s something I can’t help
And I have a label, too, across my forehead
Honestly, tell me, have you ever tried
To ignore the stiff outer shell,
And see the person inside?

“Come and join us,” they say, and spread their arms wide
“Get lost, you nobody,” scream their eyes, cold and snide
Why ever should I force myself on their company,
When they can’t gauge how I feel,
Or see the way I see?

I sit alone, not by choice but consequence
I am no less than solemn, but they stamp me something else
“You’re a bore! (What a snore.) Shut up and go away!”
I have no will to do as I wish,
So I listen to what they say.

This used to be how I was treated till ninth grade.
So I think I ought to know how to put it in words.
