I'm thankful for the present
And thankful for the past
I'm thankful for the good times
And sorry for the bad

I'm thankful for the love
And cruel towards hate
The good is what I think of
The good is my trait

I'm thankful for my friendship
The love towards living
I'm thankful for my family
I'm thanful for thanksgiving

I've been witing poetry ever since I was 11. My friend inspired me to write poetry and from this piece I hope people will learn to look on the positive side of life.
