Remember that day
All together in the pool
Laughing and joking
Well, most of us were
I was alone
Even surounded by you
My best friends
My family
How oblivious you can be
No sense of my pain
How sad my face looked
Tears ready to fall
But, no
You never noticed
Just continued to play
Your stupid games
I felt like an outsider
One who dosen't belong
Finally you looked up
Saw me standing there
Did you even care
It makes me sad
To know that I can feel
And you cannot
Forever blind
You shall remain
My best friend
Remember that day
