Ravens

November 10, 2010
By Anonymous

I linger within the den of shadows
Waiting patiently
To join the Ravens.

Forebear unknown,
Why spawn such a
Vain lad?

May it be fate
But a life he continues
To ruin.

His idiocy and impatience are widely astray

Disgrace is he who bears your name.

Sadism he shows,
Within a thunderous laughter.
Intimidation he blows,
A strong storm a blow as thunders remain strong.

Joining the Ravens
Must I
When my time of peril arises.

Craving the word protect
And acquiring it
Within my soul.

A daily showing of anxiety, unknown

In minds including mine.

Valor thought as I make my debut in the flock.

The kin of the so called king
Ceases
As he breathes his last.
Slash to where my blade reaches.
Fluid as red as the maroon moon.
Luscious in it's own might,

I refuse the temptation.
But abandon
All sadism for my observations.

Dead he lays as deaths cold fingers
Collect his damned soul.

Awakened as I lay in my hearts cold sweat.

Content is I
Who envisioned the 'kings' demise

You are excused, but it was a very deep topic of choice for me, but eh, it was a leisurly poem anyway...
