"I contradict myself"

I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t see
A flash of pain fought through me
The searing Earth, shattering pain
Numbing senses, all in vain
I wish for you, everyday
Bearing courage all the same
Realizing, deep in thought
Hardships rising, friendships sought
I couldn’t speak I couldn’t see
Flashing lights pass through me
I needed her she needed me
What was never clear, I now see.

You are very lucky t o have a sister like yours. My sister acts like I am not even part of the family. This poem reflects how i am feeling now :(
