Am I better with out you?
Am I better with out you?
When I think of you, I think of the pain that matches the beat of my heart.
When I think of you, I think of the love that we once upon a time I had.
When I think of your smile, I think of my tears that continuously fall from my eyes.
When I imagine your touch, I think of the times that I wish we never had.
But when I think of your love, I think about the joy that made me feel so warm.
When I imagine your hand enclosed in mine, I feel the beat of your soul.
Love wasn’t enough, when the pain over came everything we’ve ever had.
I wish I could forget the pain that you’ve done, but it only made me learn.
Am I better with out you? I don’t know but I guess I’ll never know.
