"Imagination is more important than knowledge"-Albert Einstien

I knew time would creep upon us,
Upon our perfect life together
I knew you would soon be gone with time
I should have accepted fate as it was
But I didn’t want to let you go,
I only held you tighter in my grasp
I was delaying the inevitable
So when you tried to struggled free
Away from me,
I held you tighter
And tighter,
And tighter.
I only didn’t want to let you go,
But it’s better now this way,
We can be together forever.

What urged me to write this poem is the bond and ties we have with things all around us. Sometimes we want to hold on to things that we love and sometimes we might love them too much.
