These times are not,
Sugar coated, yet bitter,
A taste that leaves you numb,
Stuck in your past agony but,
How can happiness come,
For it can’t be welcomed,
By a sour tongue,
You speak of all your,
Downfalls, and mishaps,
Like a honey suckle,
Trying to bloom in Fall,
But understand,
Spring is over,
September is a new start,
Please understand,
Seasons change and,
So must your heart.
