The final dance

Hand and hand
Listening to the band
The man says,
“Please don’t cry for me, honey
Save the final dance for me, darling
After all these years
Our love, our fights, our joy, our tears
So save the final dance for me”
The music stopped playing
The monitors line went straight
A women shed a single tear.
