I have learnt to take such things in vain,
For I know the reason why is pain
I can see behind the face,
The laugh, the smile,
The half hearted joke
That ponders awhile
Gratification of ones identity
I know the feeling, it can last an entity
It is worth the insult, the laugh in the face
That feeling inside the one I wish to chase
