Another Statistic

I will take that leap.
I will leave a tale.
I will write a poem.
Onto hearts everywhere.
No one will stop me.
No one will try.
Never have,
Never will.
Not once caring,
About my falling
Tears.
Optimistic.
Pessimistic.
Doesn’t matter.
I will not.
Become another
Statistic.

I wrote thise because it irritates me to my very core that people judge suicide by statistics and facts.
