Bipolar

You know
That feeling
That you have when
You can’t control your emotions
And
You feel hopeless
Like there is nothing you
Can do about it

Yes, I have bipolar
And I’m sick and tired of
Being judged for something I can’t control

Very few people feel the
Pain
I have to go through
Everyday

I wake up every morning asking myself
“Why am I still alive?”
