Shark’s Eyes

Old and wise
Filled with lies
All in those evil eyes

Shark’s eye
Drifting by
Just before
That high-pitched cry
Then pain
Before you die
Body limp cold and shy

All in that evil eye

The author's comments:
I have always loved sharks, but they also scare me how their eyes are black. Sometimes i feel the dark black eyes are a sign of evil. I saw a picture of a shark on a magazine and was inspired to write this poem.
