Whisk me away from consciousness
I want nothing more of this place
Rid me of my broken thoughts
And fill this empty space
With dreams and songs and lullabies
Another love to say goodbye
Save this world from consequence
Of taking life by force
And shun my desperate plans
Flying from our porch
Watching leaves lift and fall
Mimicking the summer ball
