I wonder day by day
How angry I've become
Pain swollen in my chest
Determained on my feet
Weight of the world on my shoulders
Under red light
The blood looks black
By my legs
I sit still tonite
And keep my thoughts a swirl
Head pounding
Heart dying
I'll show them all I'm alive
Burning bright
Oh a shooting star
Over the night sky
It helps me sleep
Goodbye
Forever and always
I know
I'll be here
Save the world from me
Because someday you'll need me
So go fly superman
Cover the blood with these hands
Show me how to live
